We currently ship within New Zealand. International shipping will be available in the near future.
Shipping Details
Standard Shipping is $7 on all orders. Free shipping is available for orders over $150.
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within New Zealand.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons due to courier delays.
Addresses classified as a Rural Delivery by NZ Post is $13 for Standard Shipping on all orders.
If your address is rural please select the 'Rural Shipping' option at checkout.
If your address is rural and you didn't select the 'Rural Delivery' option at checkout you will be contacted an invoice to pay the difference before dispatch.

Order Processing
Rural Delivery
Orders are processed as soon as possible after purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your item has been shipped. Therefore you can monitor your delivery every step of the way through tracking.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Two Nine is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Please Note:
We are not responsible for any courier issues such as parcels lost in transit once they have been handed over to the courier.
If your order is lost of damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist promptly.
We will assist on lodging a claim with the post, please note claims can take a while to be processed.
No replacements or reimbursements can be issued until we receive compensation from the post.
