We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect ring sizes so please refer to our size guide before ordering.

Faulty Items:​

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• A detailed description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the fault

If approved, we’ll either send a replacement or offer a store credit. Please note that we currently do not offer repairs.
